On Saturday, February 3rd, Research Institute of Regional Value Creation Management, Yamagata University held an international lecture　“Regional value creation and Management”
We invited two special speakers. Ms.Karmen Mentil is a director of “Alpine Pearls”. Alpine Pearls is the network of resort area with the concept of environmentally friendly transportation “soft mobility” in the European Alps region. Mr.Toshihiro Iguchi is the director of “Yukiguni Kankoken”. It is the wide area tourism zone under the concept of “wisdom of snowy country” in the Echigo Yuzawa area.
We had a most interesting discussion and we achieved a mutually rewarding relationship.
