Celebrating Completion of “Monozukuri Training School”: Middle-Class Engineering of Metal Processing

4-month long “Monozukuri Training School” fosters metal processing professionals

Research Institute of Regional Value Creation Management, Yamagata University, and Yonezawa Shinkin Bank jointly hosted the “Monozukuri Training School”.

This year the school provided Metal Processing Course (Middle-Class) following the last year’s Entry-Class. In the school, training opportunities were provided in wide and deep  spectrum from mastering CAD/CAM, Finite-Element-Method (FEM) simulation, mechanical material test to Management of Technology.

Learners from local metal processing and manufacturing industry participated the school. They completed all of the training course of practical metal processing engineering including factory tours hosted by supporting companies.

On Friday, January 26th, a completion ceremony was held in Yamagata University. Professor Yoichiro Tanaka, the Research Institute, provided the “Certificate of Completion” to attending students.
